Deposit with Efecty

1. Go to the Deposit section in your Personal Area, and choose Efecty.

2. Select the trading account you would like to top up, as well as the deposit amount, then click Next.

3. A summary of the transaction will be presented to you; simply click Confirm Payment if you are happy to continue.

4. Now complete the form by selecting your identity document type and entering your identity document number, then click Pay.

5. You will be redirected to a page with payment details and instructions to complete the transaction at a payment point.
 
6. Congratulations, your deposit has been successfully completed.

Withdrawal with Bank Transfer

To withdraw funds from your trading account:

1. Choose Bank Transfer in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.

2. Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from and specify the withdrawal amount in your account currency. Click Continue.

3. A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm.

4. On the next page you’ll need to select/provide some information, including:
 
a. Identity document type
b. Identity document number
c. Bank name
d. Bank account type
e. Bank account number
 

5. Click Confirm once the information is input.

6. A screen will confirm the withdrawal has been completed.
